UAE port Custom or Airport customs requires certain type of documents sets and for sure will vary based on HS Code (HSN Code), business approved activities as well as the physical nature of the product it self. and here are the major set of documents:

Import License

Commercial invoice (CI) which is a document representing the sale transaction and agreement between buyer who is usually the importer and the Seller; (CI) should contains on a proper details of sale agreement like goods description, quantity, unit price and terms of delivery.

Packing List (PL) which is document prepared by shipper or seller presenting details of goods packaging , quantity inside each package, weights , Delivery time and readiness for shipping…..,etc.

Certificate of Origin (Country of Origin ) (COO) this document is issued by government entity (usually by chamber of commerce in the country of the shipper ) to authenticate provided information of both above documents (CI) & (PL).
